The Gray Bees faced a tough challenge in their meet of the season against Caldwell, coming up short despite several strong individual performances. William Martinko ’27 and Ismael Rivera ’25 delivered standout efforts with Martinko excelling in freestyle events and Rivera shining in the 200 IM and 500 Free. FROM THE POOL

Wednesday marked a significant milestone as we hosted our first official girls swim meet, which also kicked off the boys swim season. Both teams performed exceptionally well, demonstrating great teamwork and focus as they tackled each event. A standout moment came from Lucinda Mollie during the 500 freestyle. Watching her conquer such a challenging and lengthy event was truly inspiring. She not only finished strong but secured first place for the girls team. In doing so, she set a pool record, a girls team record, and established our school’s first-ever record for a female swimmer in the 500 freestyle. It was an incredible achievement and a proud moment for our entire swim program.
